So once again. I am going to submit this.

So the instructions I was given, when I asked them how are we going to resolve this, because I want to submit the art, I spend alot of money making, and the art that alot of fellow deviants love.
They have told me to submit it in a lager resolution, so that they can see it is not real. ( So they want it to look fake.) But see, I have worked long on hard geting my cuts to look real. So it doesn't really matter how large the image is, it will still look good. - Anyhow, I will submit it in a lager resolution.
Then I was told, to describe in detail how I ahieved this affect.
Well I'l do so- Even though it means giving away my secret, tee hee.

How I made the cut -

I use Siggi's0 Fake blood™ - Which is a rather dark red oily like liqued. I use alot of it, Don't be shy.
Then I use Siggi's Fake wounds™ - Which is similiar to FX make-up. It's like a rubber cut that you stick on to you're body.
And little nail sicors to stick into the fake wound.
I use a tripod to stand the camera on.
I use my camera to take the photo.
I use self-timer.
So I stick the wound on, I have the fake blood in a syringe. So Quickly stand up and hit the shutter button ( seeing as I only have ten seconds. ) Then I skwirt a load of fake blood on to my arm, put the syringe under my leg, so it is not seen. Then look down and put the nail sicors in the fake wound. I do that a couple times, seeing as it takes a couple pics to get a good one.

Can I ask you this. If I had cut like that for real, Don't you think I would have lost to much blood, to get up and press the shutter button?

Ok, there I have done everthing they have told me to - Now lets see if they go and delete it again for like the third time!

This is highly triggering - but I guess you should know that.

As far as "If this was real" goes - you'd not be able to hit the shutter button. Between the injury to the leg, and the injury to your arm and all - if it were real - unless you did intensive nerve damage you'd not be able to stand up through shear pain that the pressure would cause alone.

And as far as it goes - with a wound of that dimension - you'd be dead. Maybe not before you could take the picture - but shortly after because with the positioning and everything you'd hit at least one artery ...

And honestly - if it WERE real - I think you'd be spending more time cleaning up than taking shots of it ;)

So to the people that want to say shit about this pic ... For whatever reason. Just shut the fuck up ...

I'm an SIer myself. You guys dont know what goes through our mind when we do this kind of thing. Say we're pathetic. Come on ... I dare you! Because we're not! We are coping with the emotional pain or numbness by any means possible - and sometimes that means going as far as to hurt ourselves to deal with it ...

So. SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP about shit you clearly dont fucking understand ...

Holly *$#%. Sorry, let me collect myself- why? Why would you want to create the image of gutting out your arm?? I honestly don't understand how anyone could do this to themselves- it's stupid and dangerous and pathetic, but I don't understand why you would go through all the trouble to make yourself look that gruesome (I know it's fake blood)? Because people who enjoy this kind of photo- because promoting this kind of self infliction for money and popularity- is truly pathetic. At least you could put up a mature content warning. I could go on and on about how messed up this is, or how if you don't respect yourself enough to treat yourself right or to rise above promoting this act of violence then you can not expect anyone else to respect you either. But this breaks my heart. Trust me, I recently turned 16 and yes, 15 and being a teen is hard **but you have to be a fighter**. Don't hurt yourself, don't hurt your piers and damstraight be there for your friends when their going through a hard time, being physically or mentally hurt. Don't glorify acts of stupidity, do something to make this world better than you found it.

Take a moment and read what I wrote and ignore what I said about being pathetic.
No, I don't understand. I sympathize to a point- what I'm saying is speak up. Don't promote self injury, fight it! Get loud, get angry and *stand against* what you know is wrong. What I mean is- get help, and help your friends who go through those kinds of situations. Your worth it and better than that.

*Nods* Unfortunately its not that easy.

Ever heard the saying "You can take a horse to water, but you cant make her drink?"

Well the same can apply here. If they dont want help - you cant force it on them. I, being a prime example of that ...

I can understand what your saying, and respect it though. Thanks for clarifying ...
